PawPulse Care
PawPulse Care is the clinic side of the PawPulse platform: the place owner-approved collar history becomes something a veterinary team can actually read in the minutes before an appointment. The dashboard is in active development, and clinics joining now help decide what belongs on the first screen.
Consent model
Nothing reaches your clinic until the owner switches it on. Sharing is granted from the PawPulse app for the pet and the practice the owner chooses, and the clinic sees only what that owner enables. Access can be narrowed or turned off the same way it was granted. The owner stays the account holder and the decision-maker. PawPulse Care is the handoff between their app and your review screen, never a second record of care you are expected to maintain.
Before the appointment
An exam is a snapshot. PawPulse Care carries the weeks in front of it: resting heart rate and HRV trends, respiratory pattern, activity and sleep history, stress-response windows around fireworks or travel, and when the owner reached for built-in Pulse Rhythm for anxiety support. Seven-day and thirty-day baselines are already in view, so the Tuesday-at-home picture arrives with the patient instead of being reconstructed from memory at the front counter.

The review surface stays deliberately small: readable summaries, trend graphs with timestamps, alert history with GPS context, owner messages, and exports you can drop into the chart. No software install, no new patient portal to learn, one web view with read-only access per clinician. How sharing works
PawPulse Care is designed to fit around the workflow a clinic already has. There is nothing to install, nothing to migrate, and no obligation to look at a single screen if the visit does not call for it.
Step 01
Sharing starts in the owner's Lucero app. They pick the pet, pick the practice, and grant access. Until they do, the clinic view does not exist for that patient, and the owner can pull it back at any point without calling anyone.
Step 02
Access arrives as one web view: no software install, no new patient portal to learn, read-only access per clinician, and a clinic invite that takes about 60 seconds. The team opens it when shared context is useful and closes it when it is not.
Step 03
Instead of screenshots, texts, and disconnected app exports, the shared view holds continuous heart-rate and HRV trends, sleep and activity history, respiratory pattern, VOC and air-quality context, the GPS log, alert timestamps, and the owner message that prompted the visit. The window that matters is surfaced without scrolling for it.
