Your discount is tied to the email you use at checkout. We will email your early-access link and instructions for claiming your discount before Kickstarter opens. You choose your reward and make your pledge on Kickstarter; a reservation does not select a reward tier or pay for the collar.

Yes. Both reservations are fully refundable on request until January 6, 2027. Reply to your confirmation email or email support@pawpulse.ai on or before January 6, 2027. Refunds for any later Kickstarter pledge follow the campaign terms.

Lucero Founders Circle upgrades your discount to 35% off retail and adds first-batch shipping priority, PawPulse app beta access, a gold Founder badge, a gold Founder Viking Dog Park item, top placement on every PawPulse gathering list, and a vote in Founders-only polls with curated options. You also get the same 72-hour early Kickstarter link and CES meet and greet invite as Pioneers. There are only 50 seats, never offered again.

Your badge is a permanent mark of being here from the beginning. Pioneers get a silver Pioneer badge; Founders get a gold Founder badge. It shows beside your name on your PawPulse profile first, then across PawPulse Social as it rolls out: leaderboards, posts and comments. With PawPulse gatherings, Founders will be pinned at the top of attendee lists, with Pioneers listed right after them. The app preview is an illustration; design may change.

Your personal referral link arrives in your confirmation email. Share it with friends: when three friends reserve through it, you earn the Golden Pack Leader badge, a gold badge of its own. It stays pending until refunds close after January 6, 2027. Friends must use their own email and three different cards; refunded reservations do not count. This reward does not include a Founders Circle seat, the 35% discount or first-batch shipping priority.

Both Pioneers and Founders are invited to the CES 2027 reservation-holders meet and greet in Las Vegas at Booth 60445 on January 6, 2027. Come meet the PawPulse team and fellow early supporters.

It is an exclusive item for your dog in the PawPulse Viking Dog Park: a silver Pioneer item with a $5 reservation, or a gold Founder item with a $20 Founders Circle seat.

When all 50 seats are taken, Founders Circle reservations close. You can still make a $5 Pioneer Reservation for 25% off Lucero's retail price and the same 72-hour early Kickstarter access.

No. Your reservation is separate from your Kickstarter pledge. You decide whether to back Lucero and select a reward when the campaign opens. Reserving does not automatically make a pledge or charge you for a collar.

One reservation is enough. Founders Circle includes the shared early-access and CES perks, with an upgraded discount, gold badge and gold Dog Park item. If you have already reserved and want to change tiers, reply to your confirmation email or contact support@pawpulse.ai for help.
