1. Acceptance And Scope
By using this website, using the park, or adding a dog, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use these services. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. These terms govern website and park use and take precedence over earlier website-use terms for that use. Separate product and order terms apply to products and orders.
2. Eligibility And Children
The website and park are not directed to children under 13. You must be at least 13 to use the park or submit personal information. If you are under 18, you must have a parent or guardian's permission to use the services. We do not promise that every visitor's age or parental permission has been verified. We delete information we learn came from a child under 13.
3. Accounts And Access
Provide accurate information and use an email address you control. Protect any account credentials and emailed dog-claim links. The park remembers some information in your browser. Confirming a dog through its emailed link sets an ownership cookie that the server uses to authorize changes and saved progress. Anyone with access to that link or browser may be able to control the dog. Clearing browser data, using another device, or an expired link or cookie can affect access. Contact us if you lose access.
4. Viking Dog Park
Launch news is optional. Every dog needs an owner record, but a new signup receives marketing only when you check "Send me PawPulse launch news (optional)". Existing email preferences remain in effect. We may send email verification and dog return or claim links needed to operate the park regardless of marketing choice. You can unsubscribe from marketing without deleting your dog.
Public Dogs And Names
Dog names, breeds, tiers, selected cosmetics, and gameplay statistics can be visible to other visitors. Live play also shares your dog's actions and position within the virtual park. Choose a name suitable for public display. Do not use offensive, hateful, sexual, threatening, or impersonating names, or include someone's private information. We may rename, hide, or remove dogs and names at our discretion. Automated name filtering is imperfect and does not guarantee that every name is appropriate. Report concerns to dogpark@pawpulse.ai.
Virtual Items And Perks
Hacksilver, relics, tokens, tiers, cosmetics, and other virtual items have no monetary value. They cannot be bought with money or exchanged for money. They are limited permissions to use features within the park, not property or a claim to a real-world reward. Perks are for fun within the game. We may change, rebalance, reset, or remove items, progress, perks, and game rules. We do not guarantee that progress will be preserved.
Multiplayer Conduct
Treat other visitors respectfully. Do not harass, impersonate, spam invitations, disrupt shared activities, cheat, automate gameplay to gain rewards, exploit bugs, or bypass access, region, rate, or security restrictions. Do not access another person's dog without permission. Live rooms, parties, invitations, and co-op activities may be limited or unavailable.
Photos And Clips
Photo Mode and Clip It create images and clips of the virtual park in your browser. You decide whether to download them or share them through another app. Captures may include other dogs' public names and appearances. Respect others and their rights when sharing. The service you choose to share through applies its own terms.
Giveaways
Any giveaway is governed by its own published official rules, including eligibility, entry, and reward conditions. Adding a dog, earning a tier, or collecting virtual items does not by itself promise entry or a prize.
5. Acceptable Website Use
Use the website lawfully. Do not infringe others' rights, submit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, collect other visitors' private information, or interfere with the website or its service providers. Do not misrepresent your identity or affiliation with PawPulse.
6. Intellectual Property And Feedback
PawPulse and its licensors own the website and park software, artwork, audio, designs, and branding. We permit personal, noncommercial use of the website and park and sharing captures made with the park's tools, subject to these terms. This does not transfer ownership or permit you to sell our assets or imply our endorsement. You retain rights in content you provide and permit us to store, display, and adapt it as needed to operate and moderate the service.
If you send ideas, suggestions, or feedback to dogpark@pawpulse.ai, you grant PawPulse a worldwide, perpetual, nonexclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, reproduce, share, and incorporate that feedback for any purpose, without payment, credit, or other obligation to you. Send only feedback you have the right to share, and do not send confidential information. Personal information remains subject to our Privacy Policy.
7. Third-Party Services
Hosting, email, analytics, security checks, multiplayer connections, and linked or sharing services may be supplied by third parties. Their services may have separate terms and privacy policies. We do not control external services or guarantee their availability.
8. Experimental Features And No Warranties
The park is a beta, experimental experience. Features may change, fail, be interrupted, or end, and stored progress may be lost. To the extent permitted by law, the website and park are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. We do not guarantee accuracy, security, uninterrupted access, or error-free operation. Nothing here removes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Limitation Of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, PawPulse is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the website or park, including lost profits, lost data, or lost virtual progress. These limits do not exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that the law does not allow us to limit. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
10. Suspension And Termination
We may restrict or end access, remove content, or discontinue features to address violations, abuse, security issues, or operational needs. You may stop using the services at any time. To request deletion of your dog and associated data, email dogpark@pawpulse.ai. Stopping play or clearing your browser does not delete server records. We complete deletion requests within 45 days of receiving them. We delete park data within 90 days after an account has been inactive for 12 months or after the park is discontinued.
11. Changes To These Terms
We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new last-updated date. Changes apply prospectively. Continued use after the revised terms take effect means you accept them. If you do not agree, stop using the website and park. Any additional notice or agreement required by law still applies.
12. Governing Law And Venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes is in the state and federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
